These Terms & Conditions are a working template for Guild Music and must be reviewed before public launch.
1. About Guild Music
Guild Music is a professional music community platform for DJs, producers, artists, photographers, videographers, venues, promoters, bookers, service providers and other music-industry users.
2. Accounts and membership
Members are responsible for keeping account details accurate and secure. Membership access may include Free, Gold, Platinum and Diamond plans. Some areas are restricted by membership level. Guild Music may suspend, restrict or remove accounts that abuse the platform, impersonate others, spam members, upload unsafe content, misuse contacts or break community rules.
3. User content
Members are responsible for the content they publish, including profiles, Sound Hub posts, forum answers, marketplace listings, service listings, resources, portfolio pages, reviews, comments and messages. Content must be lawful, professional, honest and safe. Guild Music may hide, remove or moderate content that is fake, abusive, unsafe, spam, misleading, infringing, offensive or against platform rules.
4. Opportunities, marketplace, services and agreements
Guild Music provides discovery, communication, trust signals and workflow records. Guild Music does not handle payments, delivery, collection, contracts, refunds, disputes, inspections, guarantees, taxes or completion of deals between members. Members arrange payment and final terms directly between themselves outside Guild Music unless a future official payment product is added.
5. Industry Database
The Industry Database is a protected contact and outreach tool. Members must use it responsibly, professionally and lawfully. Contacts must not be scraped, resold, spammed or abused. Admin may remove incorrect contacts, reject submissions, apply cooldowns, restrict access or investigate suspicious outreach.
6. Reviews, rankings, coins and badges
Reviews, rankings, Guild Coins and badges are trust and engagement signals. Guild Music may remove fake reviews, suspicious likes, manipulated rewards, abusive rankings or any activity that appears to farm coins, badges or reputation unfairly.
7. Membership payments
Paid membership pricing, VAT, payment provider terms, renewal/cancellation rules and receipts must be finalised before live payment launch. The current checkout foundation may include test/manual payment records only.
8. Limitation of responsibility
Guild Music is not responsible for user-to-user payments, external contracts, gig outcomes, item condition, service delivery, external links, third-party platforms, missed opportunities, member behaviour or disputes between members.
9. Changes to these terms
Guild Music may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use of the platform after updates means the member accepts the updated terms.
