1. Be real and honest
Use accurate profile information, real professional links and honest descriptions of skills, services, opportunities, contacts and content.
2. No harassment or abuse
Do not harass, threaten, bully, discriminate, spam, impersonate, intimidate or abuse other members.
3. Keep content safe and legal
Do not post illegal content, malware links, unsafe downloads, stolen material, hate content, explicit content, scams, fake opportunities, fake reviews or misleading claims.
4. Respect music and creative rights
Only share music, links, photos, videos, services or portfolio content you have the right to share. Sound Hub accepts approved embedded platforms only.
5. Marketplace and services behaviour
Be clear, fair and professional. Guild Music does not handle payment, delivery, refunds or disputes. Members must agree terms directly and act responsibly.
6. Industry Database responsibility
Do not scrape, resell, spam or abuse contacts. Outreach should be professional, limited and relevant.
7. Reviews and rankings
Reviews must be honest and based on real completed interactions. Fake reviews, review swapping, pressure tactics or ranking manipulation can lead to moderation.
8. Coins and badges
Do not farm likes, fake activity, referrals, reviews or completions to gain coins/badges unfairly. Admin can reverse rewards and restrict accounts.
9. Reports and moderation
Members can report content or behaviour. Admin may remove content, issue warnings, restrict accounts or escalate serious cases.
